The Human Resources Department’s primary responsibilities include: recruitment and applicant processing for all management, certificated and classified positions within the District; employment examinations; employee benefits administration; credential processing; employee records maintenance; substitute staff management; District first aid and workers’ compensation program administration; and unemployment claim processing.
