Tests consist of questions related to the specific job classification. Candidates will be notified regarding any scheduled exams/tests. Tests and exams are scheduled on an as-needed basis.

CERTIFICATED APPLICATION PROCEDURES & INFORMATION
The following documents must be submitted for consideration:

- A copy of California credential(s) authorizing service in the subject area(s) to be taught.
- Professional Resume and Letter of Application/Intent
- Three (3) current, signed letters of recommendation
- Official college/university transcripts (if not fully credentialed in California) may be required upon request if hired.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prefer California credential authorizing service for the assignment/in the subject area(s) taught. Will consider applicants currently enrolled in an approved credential program at an accredited college or university and eligible for an internship/appropriate permit, as well as out-of-state credentialed candidates who meet eligibility requirements for a California credential authorizing service in the subject area(s) to be taught. Please note, however, first consideration will be given to fully California credentialed candidates. Prefer experience in the position or assignment within the last five (5) years. Fingerprinting/background clearance check for employment purposes as required by law. Applicants will not be permitted to begin employment until clearance is received by the District from the Department of Justice.
SALARY:
Placement on the Certificated Salary Schedule based on credential, education, and professional experience.
