District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC)
DELAC is a District-level English Learner Advisory Committee comprised of parents, staff, and community members with a primary purpose to advise the district and school administration on English learner program services. Through their involvement in DELAC, parents of English Learners (ELs) acquire information in order to understand and voice opinions related to the District’s English learner programs to ensure the academic success of English Learners.
