2024 W2 Forms
2024 W2 Forms will be available on EIS system on 1/13/2025. The forms will be mailed during the week of 1/20/25.
Pay Days
Classified Employees are paid on the 10th of each month. If the 10th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, payday will be adjusted to the Friday before. If the 10th falls on a holiday payday is the day before.
Certificated Employees are paid on the last day of each month. If the last day of the month falls on a Saturday or Sunday, payday will be adjusted to the Friday before. If the last day of the month falls on a holiday payday is the day before.
Employee Leave/Pay InformationVisit the Employee Information System (EIS) website below to access paycheck stubs, W-2's, and leave balances.
The new EIS website can be accessed using my.ocdeapps.us. The current EIS website will automatically redirect users to the new site.
For our mobile app users, the updated version will load automatically if the device has the auto-update feature enabled; otherwise, the user will need to go to the App Store for the newest version of OCDE EIS.
