Dear Buena Park School District Community,

As we step into the festive beginnings of the holiday season, I find myself reflecting on my initial 100 days as your superintendent at Buena Park School District. The journey thus far has been both exhilarating and enlightening. I've been able to engage with our amazing teaching staff, whose dedication to educational excellence is the heartbeat of our schools. Their commitment is echoed by the incredible support of the classified staff, the heroes who ensure the smooth operation of our educational environment.  I am truly grateful for our principals and site leads, whose strategic leadership profoundly enriches our school culture and academic excellence. Their deep commitment to our community creates a supportive and thriving atmosphere for growth and learning. I've noticed the seamless integration of efforts by our Nutrition Services department, who nourish the minds of tomorrow with healthy and delicious meals. Furthermore, I've discovered the indispensable role of our Maintenance and Operations (M&O) team, who keep our facilities in top condition, creating a safe and inviting space for learning. Our Transportation team keeps us moving by unlocking crucial access for students. I also wish to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the parents and families of Buena Park School District. Your engagement and support not only enrich our community but are the cornerstone of our students' success and well-being. Finally, I would like to thank the District Office staff for their unwavering support and guidance. Their expertise and dedication to the district's mission are invaluable in steering our efforts toward a promising future. 

I am immensely grateful for the warm welcome I've received from the Buena Park community. Your support fuels our collective mission to provide the best educational experience for our students. Here's to a wonderful start to the holiday season!
